Elizabeth joined the UM Foundation in 2019 with nearly 15 years of experience working in higher education marketing and communications, including two years as Director of Marketing and Communications at the UM College of Business.
Previously, she was Director of Strategic Marketing for the Division of Health Sciences at East Carolina University, where she led the division’s efforts to position its collective impact across the disciplines of medicine, dentistry, nursing and allied health — work that garnered a regional award of excellence from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education. At the University of Delaware, she placed research stories with outlets like CNN and Money.com, and helped organize and market a public marine science education event that attracted over 10,000 attendees annually. At Ohio University’s Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, she managed the announcement of a historic $105 million gift in addition to re-envisioning the college’s admissions materials.
Elizabeth earned her bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and her master’s from Colorado State University. Outside of work, you’ll find her running and biking Missoula’s trails with her husband Rich, son Liam, and goofy springer spaniel, Oslo.
