Beth spent nearly 20 years in non-profit management, most recently as executive director for Youth Homes. Her past employment included 13 years as director of development and communications for a women’s healthcare organization and six years as associate director of a conservation organization. Beth is originally from Great Falls, Montana. She graduated from the College of Idaho and the University of Montana with degrees in English Literature and Journalism. Beth and her husband Rick have two sons.
