Alex joined the University of Montana Foundation in August 2026 as a Human Resources Specialist. She graduated with a B.A. in Communication Studies and minors in Public Relations and Event Planning from Western Washington University.
She is experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition from her past roles with Meta and DoorDash, and she is passionate about building strong relationships and fostering an environment where employees feel supported and empowered to succeed. Most recently, she worked with a local dental practice and will probably remind you about the importance of flossing.
A Montana native, outside of the office she enjoys skiing, swimming and spending time with her family in Anaconda and Missoula. If she’s not outside, she can be found in the kitchen trying to recreate recipes from meals she ate on vacation or made up in a dream.
