Alison was born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona. She attended The University of Arizona, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Prior to joining the Foundation, Alison worked for several years in development for the Tucson Museum of Art and then as a legal assistant for a small law firm in Durango, Colorado. In 2014 Alison moved to Missoula with her husband, a Missoula native.
