Amber joined the foundation in January 2026 as Associate Director of Development for the W.A. Franke College of Forestry and Conservation. Growing up in northwest Montana shaped her passion for environmental conservation and sustainability.
Amber is a proud University of Montana graduate with a degree in geoscience. While at the University, she could often be found running across campus between the ballet studio, rehearsing for upcoming performances of Giselle, and the geoscience building, preparing for field trips. Before joining the Foundation, she served as Development and Communications Manager for the Flathead Lakers, focusing on watershed conservation, education and advocacy. She also brings experience in nonprofit consultation and community development.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys reading, gardening, fishing and spending time with her husband, their dog, two cats and a flock of chickens.
