Brad serves as the Vice President of Information Systems at the University of Montana Foundation. In this role, Brad provides strategic direction for the Information Systems division, ensuring that business support functions, data management practices, information security measures, and technology infrastructure align with the UM Foundation’s mission and vision. He oversees the Information Technology Services, Business Intelligence, and Prospect Research and Management departments, fostering innovation and efficiency across these critical areas.
With over 20 years of experience in information technology, Brad has developed expertise in system and network administration, reporting and analytics, data management, and cybersecurity. His career spans both hands-on technical work and leadership roles, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of IT operations and strategy. Before joining the UM Foundation, he worked in the insurance and banking industries, where he managed complex IT environments and drove transformative projects.
A graduate of the University of Montana with a degree in print journalism, Brad has successfully bridged the gap between technology and communication throughout his career. He has overseen multiple large-scale systems projects, including a CRM implementation, an Office 365 migration, and the implementation of several reporting and analytics systems, demonstrating his ability to drive technological advancements that enhance organizational performance.
