As the Director of Human Resources, Debbie Mitchell is often the first point of contact for applicants at the Foundation. Debbie has helped to drive and improve organizational performance for the past 17 years at such companies as Nike Air Sole, Celestica (a multi-national electronics manufacturing firm), Quality Supply, Rivertop Renewables and the Missoula Family YMCA.  She is a University of Montana Alum, where she met her husband, Mike, on her very first day moving into Jesse Hall.  Having moved to Portland after graduating, Debbie is delighted to be back in Missoula where she has been able to raise her kids along the trails, rivers and lakes of this beautiful outdoor mecca.
