Greg was born and raised in Aurora, Illinois. Prior to working at the UM Foundation, Greg worked at The Lighthouse for the Blind, Inc. in Spokane, Washington where he began as a manufacturing employee before becoming the Director of Public Relations and Development in 2016 and the Director of Government and Public Relations in 2020. During this time, Greg earned his bachelor's degree in communications from Eastern Washington University.
