Kylie joined the UM Foundation in May 2025 as Director of Development for the Flathead Lake Biological Station. Prior to this role, driven by her passion for conservation and public lands, she led fundraising and outreach efforts at the national nonprofit Backcountry Hunters & Anglers. Kylie began her career in wildlife biology after earning a degree in zoology from Colorado State University.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, gardening, yoga and spending time outdoors—whether in the woods, on the water or adventuring with her black lab, Holt.
