Nikki joined the UMF development team in August 2016 supporting the College of Humanities and Sciences. Since then, she has served the Foundation in a variety of roles including Director of Development for the Phyllis J. Washington College of Education, then Regional Director of Development, before becoming Senior Director of Development for the College of Business. A small town girl raised in Harlowton, Montana, Nikki came to Missoula to attend UM where she received her bachelor's degree in business administration. Prior to joining UMF, Nikki spent many years in the lending and finance industry, most recently as a project manager for the New Market Tax Credits program.

Nikki and her husband Steve, also a UM alum, have three children, Caleb, Faith and Ethan. Nikki enjoys rafting the Montana rivers, camping, running and reading crime/suspense novels.
